We understand that urgent and unforeseen issues may cause you to be unable to keep or delay your appointment.  Please call us as soon as possible - we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We appreciate a minimum 48 hours prior notice for cancellations. Charges may incur in the event a pattern of multiple late cancellations or no-shows develops.
